Undodez and Ainé have opened new facilities in the Matogrande neighbourhood of A Coruña. Since the beginning of this year, the teams of both production companies have concentrated their activity in new two-storey offices located at number 5 María Puga Cerdido, at street level, where the administration, content, communication and part of the production teams carry out their daily work.
The ELÓ? studio, led by architect César García Piñeiro, also director of the MARCO Rural Architecture Festival, is behind the renovation project, which has involved several local companies since last autumn: carpentry company Alfonso García González, Cristalería Bello (metal carpentry and glasswork), Iván Mira (construction work), Aplidec2003 (painting and applications), Clifrimen (air conditioning), Sagova (electrical installations) and Mástil (signage).
The new facilities include an open-plan workspace with twelve workstations on the ground floor, as well as two meeting and work rooms on the upper floor. The premises incorporate advanced energy-efficiency measures and benefit from natural light both from the façade and throughout the interior.
A 100-inch screen installed at the entrance also displays updates related to the work of the production companies, adding a new communication feature to the offices.
The main headquarters of Ainé and Undodez are complemented by the company’s facilities in the Bergondo Industrial Estate, which include storage space and offices, with six workstations and areas for meetings and rehearsals, where part of the production team works on a daily basis.
